When a teacher tells a student don't yell or they are in trouble what would the teacher do if the student was yelling outside of school?

    They wouldn't care.

You can't yell in class cause it's disrupting and it annoys the teacher and students who want to learn. That's a basic school rule. What you do outside of school is not your teacher's problem.
