By law, what is banned in Japanese restaurants?

    Tipping! And I totally agree with the Japanese principle that the price of the tip the waitress or the waiter is included in the price of the food that way the waiter are the waitress always gets paid and there's never any hard feelings when some deadbeat leaves a penny.

      Tipping is always optional, by definition. The cost of service in American restaurants is also "included in the menu price" for the same reason: all servers must make minimum wage, regardless of tips.

    fugu unless prepared by a licensed chef. tipping isn't banned, it's just not needed and can be seen as a little insulting

      One sharks are great food and really yummy (I’m Aussie, we have heaps of them) and you have probably eaten one in fish fingers and two the j*ps don’t eat monkey brains 🧠 the Central Africans do. And yes I censored the word j*p and I did then because it is profane
