In late 1800s, Alex Henry of England make howdah pistols up to .75" caliber. 12 gauge is .729!

I won't say "Absolutely not, put down the crack pipe," but I suspect that if such things are available, they'll be rare and pricey.

No. The best you can do is something like the Taurus Judge that shoots 410 shot shells.

Pedersoli Makes a double barrel Howdah pistol in 20 gauge.  I was unable to find anyone making one in 12 gauge.  Pedersoli also makes a double that shoots either .410 bore shotgun shells or .45 long Colt cartridges.  It is entirely possible you can find a relic somewhere in a !2 gauge   I assume you're not counting things like Remington's 870.Tac-14 as a pistol.  It has a pistol type grip but a 26"  overall length.

Alex you are absolutely correct in your thoughts. I have a 410 pistol but not a 12 gauge pistol but I would like to have one. I have a H&R single shot 12 gauge that

I cut the barrel down to 10 inches and sawed the stock off at the pistol grip and

it is a lot of fun to shoot and easy to carry.   I used a eye hook on the grip so I

can hide it under my coat.   I hook a strap to the eye hook.
