Will Tylenol help relieve hemorrhoid pain? What else other than hemorrhoid cream and witch hazel will help?

What works for you?

Thanks.

Not enough to make it worth the while.

Better to use a local, like preparation-H (t).

A product compiled [pun intended] for it.

Ultraviolet light is actually very effective.  The best source is sunlight.  An hour a day for a couple of weeks will cure the problem like you wouldn't believe.

What do you do? Stick your naked **** in the air and point it towards the sun? I've heard of infrared treatment for internal hemorrhoids, but not UV.
