Can anyone major in Computer Science with enough hard work? ?

I am trying to see if I want to major in CS but I am at this awkward point where I don't know if I am good or bad at it/ if I am able to improve my understanding and coding skills. Some people are naturally good at painting and others simply can't. Is this the same with CS? If you lack in abstract thinking can you improve it?

Everyone has their own skill, maybe you need to keep looking.

A typical freshman class of CS declared majors is about 350.  But those who actually graduate with the degree are between 45 to 65.  Most of the rest change majors.
