    You provided us with no information. We don't know what you eat (type of food, quantity, calorie intake), how long you've been trying to lose weight, or how active you are. We don't know what your metabolism is like. Short answer is that to lose fat you need a calorie deficit. You must be consuming more calories than your body is burning, thus you aren't dropping weight.
