You can get it on your phone (usually) with the airline's app.

You can usually print one at home when you check in online (usually within 24 hours of the flight)

    At the ticket counter

    At a kiosk.

If you need a re-print, you can get that at the gate as well.

If you lose the boarding pass they give you when you check your luggage, there are machines all around the airport where you can print out a new one.

You can check in online starting 24 hours before departure and print your own boarding pass at home, or have it sent to your smartphone as a mobile boarding pass.

If you choose not to do that, then you go to your airline's counter when you enter the airport.  You can use a self-serve kiosk (if available) to check in or you can go to the counter and have an agent check you in.  You will get a printed boarding pass when the check-in process is complete.

Edit:  If you mean > copy < then you can get one at any ticket counter or gate for the airline you are flying.
