Bump on back of head???

So I felt the back of my head and noticed I had a hard bump in the middle of the back of my head (lower). That I’ve never had before. It doesn’t hurt and when I press on it, I feel pressure in my head. I went to an ENT about head pressure and they said my sinuses looked fine. Just wondering if anyone has had this?

Update:

Btw, I’m going to be 19 this month, and I am a female. It seems like this bump appeared straight out of nowhere as I always am typically feeling my head because I wear ponytails.

That is called the EOP or external occipital protuberance. It is a bony bump that is part of normal anatomy. Some people have bigger one and some have smaller ones. Totally normal.
