Im trying to beef up and gain muscle but i only have a weight bench can i do it?
My main targets are my shoulders chest and arms id like to be bigger but i know i need to do everything, i have a weight bench that can be adjusted to different angles (unsure why tho) some dumbbells and a curl bar at home. My goal isnt to get shredded i want to look beefy even if that means putting on fat i dont mind. Im unsure what the name for it is but i dont care for abs I just want to look bulky basically with wider shoulders and arms so sorry if iv explained this bad😂.
But can i do what i want at home? And if so what exercises should i do and how many reps and so on ? Im new to this
