The Bible does not address the fantasy of empaths.

    Spiritually attuned. I'm an empath.

Though that isn't spelled out in the Bible specifically, it is related to one's spiritual gifting (1 Corinthians 12). I have a friend with that.

The purpose of the Bible is not to describe psychosocial disorders.

It's called having compassion. Not "normal" compassion, a godly compassion. A girl I know had been used by a man and then "thrown away" and was very hurt. As I put my hands on her shoulders and prayed for her I was overcome with the emotions she was feeling and started crying and could hardly keep praying for her.

Seeing as how the word didn't exist at that time, there is none.

The only thing that Christians will ever say about empathy,

or anything which literally and inarguably surpasses the bible,

is that it is demonic and inspired by the devil.

Maybe 'Be not amazed, you can do all this and more'; or 'Have no part in sorcery'.

    That's sympathy. Empathy is relating.

    I'd say natural affection?
