Why do my hands tingle after lifting weights at the gym?

    probably just increased blood flow to your extremities. absolutely normal. if they're staying numb/tingly see a doc.

    most likely it's due to a mineral deficiency, a quack will never tell you either...and you'd need a therapeutic dosage too, not just one dose a day to do it over a period of time...I had tender/sore ears from a bluetooth I wore, I suspected minerals too, back then, and after many days of therapeutic dosing, no more pain ! that's my experience, believe it, or not......

    you probably hurt your hands doing it, go see your doctor about it

    maybe theyre hurting your hands lifting them, maybe you should see a doctor before you lift some more

      that is correct. but i wouldn't worry unless the symptoms keep recurring.
