In what NOTAM would I find information regarding the operation of FSS frequencies?
Amy NOTAM that particularly states that a certain FSS frequency is operating or not?

I would check Center Area NOTAMs for that information since the FSS will most likely serve more than one airport and it won't be a Distant or D NOTAM as D NOTAMs go beyond the boundries of an FSS. However it is important to note that NOTAMs are only issued for adverse conditions that are not already published. so a NOTAM will not be issued for a frequency that is operating normally at all, and if a an FSS has already published that their frequency out of service or has limited operating hours on their FAA charts then no NOTAM will be issued unless their is a change in status from what is published.
"A Notice To Airmen or NOTAM is a notice containing information (not known sufficiently in advance to publicize by other means) concerning the establishment, condition, or change in any component (facility, service, or procedure of , or hazard in the National Airspace System) the timely knowledge of which is essential to personnel concerned with flight operations."
