Best herbs for sleeping ?

    Stronger herbs: Kava, kratom ‘this ones a bit risky because it has addiction potential

    Others: Valerian, cherry tart extract, chamomile, magnesium, St. John’s wart, etc

    It's best to rotate your herbs to prevent the body getting accustom to it.

    It's similar to why some people can drink coffee and go straight to bed. Coffee literally becomes just a flavour.

    Valerine, Chamomile and some people would say lavender but I don't agree with that.

    I personally like chammomile tea in conjuction with Valerian root.

    I've heard that tryptophan found in bananas and milk will put you to sleep.

    Foods known to be high in tryptophan include:






    pumpkin and sesame seeds



    tofu and soy

    Chamomile tea, made and sipped an hour b4 bed, 5htp, 100mg pill works too, also an hour prior to bed, and the book is the best and cheapest book on herbs I was reco'd
