Are lottery tickets a good investment?

    They're not an investment. Nothing that relies purely on chance is an investment. All investment carries at least some risk, but true investments have sound financial principle behind them and the risk is managed, and manageable.

    Proper investment most likely can bring money but lotto might never will. Lotto is pure luck no research can help you. I still play lotto I do believe in Luck. It is simple If you do not play you can not win.

    They are not an investment. There are paying money to take a chance that you will be lucky. I don't understand why some people think if they pay so much into the lottery every week it will eventually pay off. It doesn't work like that.

    Lottery tickets are an excellent investment - if you're the one running or owning the company. For everyone else they're a bad gamble.
