If I find the steepest hill around and run up it full speed non stop, could I eventually induce a heart attack ?

A hill won't be long enough.

I suppose it's possible but very unlikely. Haven't you ever exercised to exhaustion before? Put down the computer once in a while and move around a bit. Exercise will make you tired enough to stop long before you croak from a heart attack unless you're on the verge of one already.

If you're relatively fit then probably not.
