Why do effeminate men make good scientists and engineers?

    Can you please elaborate on this question?! Are you assuming just because a man works in a field that isn't physical labor he is feminine compared to construction, logging, coal mining, or blue collar jobs

    Are you stating this as a fact or is it just a hypothesis of yours? I have to say you are way out in left field with this idea.

    I have not seen many such men in science and engineering; they are usually in artistic fields

    They don't. They may not tend to be alpha males, but they're not "effeminate", either.
