    When we talk about high speed turbo blower, we think it as the higher stage of roots blower, it's true. And when we install at site, site engineer take it same as roots blower, is it true? here is the question, how to correctly install high speed turbo blower at site?

    Let's take a look at the two installation proposal at site as below:

    Proposal 1, turbo blower air outlet pipe is 90 degree vertical angle to main air pipe;

    Proposal 2, turbo blower air outlet pipe is slightly, around 20 or 30, bigger angle than 90 vertical to main air pipe;

    Which is better? the answer is proposal 2. installation as per proposal 2 is the most beneficial way for the air from turbo blower to affflux into main air pipe, which avoid back pressure for other turbo blower, decrease noise and vibration, save electricity.

    Is there such a thing as a low speed turbo blower? A blower is typically what people call a Super Charger. A Turbo Charger is a different animal. They both come as kits for various engines on various models of various cars or trucks. Even super expensive sports cars can be souped up with the right kit. Check GMP Performance.

      high speed turbo blower IS for water treatment aeration,  it's normally 30000rpm in most site application for blower, much efficient than roots blower, multistage centrifugal blower, much efficient than AERZEN ROOTS BLOWER, GD ROOTS BLOWER, DRESSER ROOTS BLOWER, ROBUSCHI ROOTS BLOWER.

    Call a professional boiler service company. Since you don't know what you're doing, you could cause an explosion.

    Since this is posted in the CARS & TRANSPORTATION section, how to correctly install a turbo depends on the engine it/they are being installed on.
