That is a very interesting question?

You may be surprised to learn that the Bible gives insight into the early start man and cultural races

In the book of Genesis mankind is described as being super intelligent able to master iron bronze instruments and other technologies of early civilization

In fact when you read in Genesis and it speaks of them building a tower in opposition to God it was because man had reached the point of intelligent where he was able to almost accomplished anything.

When you look at ancient civilizations and see that they had discovered flight pyramid architectural engineering designs.

the Bible says that if not for the fact that God confuse their language in a fact slowing them down

Taking them from a technological society to an agricultural one.

it would have been quite possible that man would have not only invented the radio thousands of years ago but other advances as well.

Such as machinery for war and destruction.

whether one believes in The Genesis account are not of this history is up to them but it is fascinating nevertheless to look into.

They wouldn't.  However, the ancient Greeks came astonishingly close to an industrial revolution,  which would have shifted the course of world history by a couple of thousand years.

What did it take for Marconi? What did learn? Who did he learn from?  What previous inventions did he utilize and how did they work?  Each discovery is built upon earlier discoveries.

excellent point; also, timewise, it took the Romans, as a group, until about 1895 AD for Marchese Guglielmo Giovanni Maria Marconi, Italiano, of Bologne & Roma, Nobel Prizewinner, to come up with it

Forward seeking imagination.  Hard to do that when your whole existence is steeped in tradition, which is backward looking.
