He steals, murders, has raped before, abuses Harley & does a lot of other various crimes depending on which version we're talking about

He kills people to prove his point or force others to accept his views.

Try reading the Dark Knight Returns mini-series and you'll understand why the Joker is considered to be a villain. Here's where you can do that.

Well in the Dark Knight he didn't prove sht cuz no ship exploded and then the silly c@nt tried to blow them up manually xD. Harvey Dent was easily bent because he was an idiot, fkn terrorist who killed your GF visits you in a hospital and gives you chance to kill him (well the gun may have been unloaded, but still) and what you do? Flip a coin and let him go. Ridiculous af.

Actually, MOST human beings are NOT corrupt. The Joker was wrong.

But perhaps you just hang out in the wrong subculture and with the wrong people, so you would only know selfishness and corruption.

The joker represents chaos and irrationality. A hallmark of the "bad parts" of humans.

Not all humans are psychopaths or corrupt. But we are all irrational

he kills people and commits crimes haphazardly.

The joker more often than not does not have a profound goal. He is generally chaotic evil in most stories.
