{m*V^2 = 256

{m*V = 23.5

their ratio leads to :

V = 256/23.5 = 10.89 m/sec

...therefore :

m = 23.5/10.89 = 2.157 kg

check :

2.157*10.89 = 23.5 kg*m/sec

2.157*10.89^2/2 = 256 joule
