If light speed is infinite would there be a time dilation?

Yes, there would be. The speed of light in a vacuum is NOT infinite. The speed of light is NOT CONSTANT. Some minerals have THREE speeds of light.

No. If the speed of light was infinite, none of relativity would apply. We would be in a Newtonian classical universe.

No. If infinite the formulas would default to Newtonian physics.
