how do you solve for sigma when you have absolute value and square roots?

here are two examples

a) lim x-> infinity sigma (n, i=1) |(2i/n) - 2|

b) lim x-> infinity sigma (n, i =1) sqrt(4 - (2i/n))

how would you go about solving these?
