Has Audition 1999 ever been banned in country's?

Because of how disturbing and shocking the film is

Literally has a scene of a man all cut up losing his feet, fingers, tongue and ear kept in a sack and a woman being sick in a dog dish and feeding it to him

There's a graphic torture scene of a woman cutting a man's feet of with a piano wire and sticking needles in his eyes

And it has a scene of a man jerking off than gets his head cut off its such a sick movie and im pretty surprised that there's no information on this film being banned!! Does anyone know if it's been banned ?
