If you have the skill, house painting and commercial painting. Start with a pro-sumer grade sprayer, some ladders, brushes, rollers, etc.
entry level pro
You could be all in for under $5,000. I am semi-retired. I started my own business with the Graco Pro 190ES which they don't make anymore, back in 2014. I could repaint an apartment for a landlord in a day and make myself $200. I only work 1-2 days per week most weeks. It is a bit slower than the 210ES. The Pro 390 is easier to service. I now use a Ultra 395 PC. Like the Titan Impact 440, a bit fast and way better paint spray quality. Either one is about $1,200. They are worth it if you have it to spend.

If there was such a guarantee everyone would start it.
You could try marijuana manufacturing or other such business.
