Is my blood pressure high for a 22 year old?

    You systolic is high, the diastolic is not.  The large gap makes me think the meter isn't working properly or the pressure wasn't measured properly so I would definitely wait a few minutes, then remeasure.

    Many things can affect a single reading, such as recent physical activity, caffeine, needing to go to the washroom, etc.

    One reading does not diagnose a blood pressure problem.

    If you are concerned or notice a problem, I would suggest you speak to your doctor about it.

    Yes it is stage two and three is passing out and i have had that and needed my pills changed.
