Recently I’ve read a poetry collection book called Finding Identity, this is one of the quotes:

“In the moment between sleep and wake

    I kiss my blanket

    Kissing you goodbye”

  • Does semi-non-fiction count? In that case, it's The Executioner's Song

by Norman Mailer. One of the best books ever.
