Whats your tips on writing a sarcastic character...?

There's an art to sarcasm. One that can take years to master with a sh*t ton of mistakes in between (often involving sticking your foot in your mouth). You'll find people who can't handle sarcasm. People who are easily offended by sarcasm. Or you'll find people who simply don't get it. Jim Parsons' character Sheldon Cooper on The Big Bang Theory is a prime example.
As Bluebell astutely pointed out, you need to read. There are no fast and easy tips to writing a sarcastic character. Your best and smartest option is to read a lot of books. Even watch a few movies and TV shows with sarcastic characters. There's plenty out there.

Don't overdo it.
Make them somewhat sympathetic.
Figure out the REASON the person acts that way, they usually aren't reacting like that with everyone.

Harper, you have to walk on the proper side of a very sharp line. Get it wrong, and you create a character who's mean, who readers cannot like, who don't want that character to occupy space in the story.
That means the sarcasm needs to be either directed at the self or harmless, while also being funny or at least quite clever. The sarcasm cannot mock the weaknesses or shortcomings of other characters, even those who richly deserve it. The character's barbs need to punch up, never down.

You don't write characters from 'tips'. You write characters from your own head and heart and imagination.
Almost every question we read on here from people like you would be unnecessary if only you would READ more - I mean, a LOT more - before you think, "Hey! I'm gonna right a book and ill be like sooo RICH! how hard can it Be anyway!!!"
THINK about sarcasm. Listen and watch for it in your daily life. Make a note of good examples. Think about it more.
Make there be a POINT to your character being sarcastic.
