I requested a half day on the 30th for a dentist appointment but I just realized my appointment is for the 31st. My boss approved it but now I have to say that I made a mistake..can someone help me write an formal email I don’t want to say too much just that I made a mistake and it’s actually for the 31st

I wouldn't say "Hi Lara" in writing to my boss. I'd just say "Lara" etc.
