Do people with a physical disability and married with children get support from the government?

    Some programs are means tested and so marrying someone with an income can affect them. Others are not and marriage and children would make no difference. You'd have to check with the social security office in your area.

    Often times they might. Social Security Disability program was designed for people with disabilities who can not work or who can only work part time.

    All depends on what country you a refering too. Here in the UK you would get help from the Government for having a disability you will have to apply for ESA and your husband can claim careers allowance.
