Would anyone know where the fuel cut off switch for my holden astra 2001 is located please. ?

Do you mean the inertia switch that cuts off the fuel pump in the event of a collision?  Then your owner's manual should give the exact location, but if it doesn't try looking inside the centre console, under the front seats, behind the glove compartment or behind the driver or passenger-side kick panels. These are the trim pieces just ahead of your front doors where your foot typically brushes.
