What happened to all the Mauser and Mosin Nagant questions?
Did dealers price them out of the typical fan`s price range or what?
I don`t see many Mosin Nagant 91/30`s at gun shows anymore and when I do they are over $325 and to top it off....not nearly as nice as they were 3 or 4 years ago.
I still see Mausers and Arisakas and they were always over $400 for nice ones.
Long shot question...Did all the fans learn all there was to know about them?

In my area the M-N and Mauser's are as you said, high price and not very good
condition. I went to a Gun Show yesterday and I did not see a M-N and I haven't
seen any decent Mauser's in a few years. What is hot here is the S-R Swedish
Military rifle and they are expensive. If I only had a few of the Mauser's and
Springfields I sporterized in the 70's. As they say, hindsight is 20-20.

Wait for the next WW2 them video game or movie to come out.

In case you haven't noticed, those questions tend to increase in frequency every time a WW2-themed video game is released.

It is a sick subject.
I missed out when the Surplus guns were in the magazine publications for less than 20$ plus shipping.
Then along cam the two assassinations and the congress panicked along with a few of the public.
