Finding f(x) from a Riemann sum?

The following sum (pic attached) is a right Riemann sum with n subintervals of equal length for the definite integral of f(x) from 0 to b, where

b = (I know this is three)

and

f(x) =

I don't understand how to find the function from this mess.
