It depends. Look at the ingredients and nutrition labels. Most have sugar. Some don't. I don't eat processed foods, so i don't have to worry about whether they are healthy or not.

doubt, and they are hard to digest to, remember, you really have to dig deep to pull out the info, I love peanut butter ate it for many years, without knowing it's missing the protein molecule to feed your muscles !!! wtf is up with that ? just selling a product, making money, it's all about the money...really truly, check for what's missing !!!

    Some are, some aren't.

Brands like Cliff bar and Luna bar and Quest bar are full of added sugars and processed garbage.

Other brands like Kind bar and Lara bars are made with wholesome ingredients. Lara bars usually only have 2-6 ingredients, whereas Cliff bars have 20+. Cliff bars also contain more (or the same amount of) sugar as a traditional frosted doughnut with sprinkles. Ew.

thinkThin (recently rebranded to think!) contain malitol, which is a sugar alcohol that causes bloating and constipation in many people. Really gross. But using sugar alcohols like malitol allow them to make the "no sugar added!" claims.

Rarely. Eat nuts and veggies instead.
