What are ways to get a thicker body?

I'm a 26 year old healthy woman . I'm not skinny but I'm not as thick as I'd like to be. What are ways to thicken my legs and butt? My middle is perfect . I already eat very healthy and eat 2500-3000 calories a day.

    I would say things like Heavy Squats, and Core workouts would aid in thickening of the muscles. Also eating the correct amount of protein after. However mainly focusing on Heavy squatting motions and glute based exercises.

    I recommend eating 4500-6000 calories a day. a good snack would be deep-fried mars bars.
