A latch is a kind of register that lets data flow from input to output when the clock signal is high, and then remembers the data when the clock is low.

Data is a pattern of bits, they may be presented serially in a single train as sequential pulses, or in parallel as a pattern on multiple lines at once.

A latch is an electronic circuit that acts as a simple memory to capture the state of data lines or logic state when it receives a clock pulse and retains that state until it is reset.

A clock is a pulse train, usually generated by an oscillator. The clock can be thought of as the heartbeat of a digital circuit. It can be used to advance counters, latch data or drive logic circuits.
