Supposing we're talking about the complete combustion of ethanol:
CH3CH2OH + 3 O2 → 2 CO2 + 3 H2O
(8.15 g CH3CH2OH) / (46.0684 g CH3CH2OH/mol) x
(3 mol H2O / 1 mol CH3CH2OH) x (18.01532 g H2O/mol) = 9.56 g H2O

Depends on the reaction. The maximum amount is limited by the amount of oxygen in the alcohol or 3.18 g of water that could be formed.
