Are people at age 65 and over an asset to business production?

    Pros:  Experience, patience, grateful for opportunity.  Actually LESS healthcare cost to business as they are on Medicare.

    Cons:  Health issues; may be unable to lift heavy items (although plenty of younger people have same issues).

    You mean will they have more knowledge about business, the processes, the work needing to be done? Or as management? Or as any other form of employee?

    Some definitely. Not all. Some are not in a good state of health. Just like the younger set - some definitely. Not all. In fact, nowadays, fewer of the younger set are an asset compared to a couple of generations ago.

    Sure they are.  They are generally the managers & those with the most knowledge in your business.  Who do you think guides the rookie workers - another 22 year old??
