What do you think of a young guy wearing a unisex pixie hairstyle with extra mullet length in the back?

This hairstyle was common in the late 1980's and early 90's but it is very timeless and effortless for both sexes. It may become less desirsble but it never completely goes out of style and remains acceptable and is viewed as a practical hairstyle. Absolutely no sculpting, very minor tapering on the sides and over the ears, wispy natural bangs, and some extra length in the back like a short mullet which stops above the shoulders.

Bonus question : For facual hair, clean shaven, stubble length, or full beard length with this hairstyle?
