      @castiel The Leo, I have been wrestling with that idea,it looks more like disinfecting chemicals can eradicated this infection.

    No, it is a biological attack that could have been prevented. Someone did not get what they were promised and then someone else retaliated. Problem with overstepping gov officials since the beginning of time.
