Is doing nothing is healthy for you?

Why do we have to have something to do?

    It's good to be active in our lives, and not sit around. They say sitting all day is the new smoking. Just as bad for us as smoking all the time.

    Audrey says she's getting better at it. Doing nothing and having a good time with it takes a bit of skill.

    Tip: try mindfulness. Apps that teach this are very popular. Most involve monthly fees. The most popular, Headspace, costs almost as much as Netflix. However, there's a very good one that's absolutely free - Mindful Life Project. It's very easy to use.
