Should there be a spring training postseason and world series, so rehab and minor league players, yearning a position, play better?

No, there would be no point for that. It wouldn't affect the effort put out by minor league players and doesn't help players on rehab any more than playing in the minor league regular season when they are able.

  • We have Fall Leagues, we have Winter Leagues. Minor Leagues do have Playoffs and Championships, what more do you want?

Earning a place on the major league squad IS the incentive.

    Why would they play better?

Spring training is too long now.  The only reason is for pitchers but they are supposed to be there earlier than position players.  The distinction between Grapefruit League and Cactus league is on plays in FLA and or in Ariz There is no need to determine champs.  In jured players and rehabbing players go to what is called extended spring training at the clubs facilities there  they work their way back.
