Can a school psychologist have a friendship with a student who leaves the school and is no longer her student?

It depends upon the relationship. If the student is basically emotionally healthy and had some minor psychological problems which the psychologist could help them with, then there's no problem. However, if the student is severely emotionally disturbed and is dependent upon the psychologist for emotional support and still in need of professional help, then friendship is not possible
