Why do i get bad anxiety from people cheering and yelling? (some backstory, but need main question answered)?
So i get REALLY bad anxiety from specifically today, people cheering, borderline screaming, and i started to scratch my hand and paniced. No, this is not tramua. And also i was stressed with personal life (relationship) and loneliness. Ive been isolating myself lately and overall not being myself. My grades have gone down and ive been on the brink of crying every day. (Going on for 3-4 days now, maybe longer). my main problem is the scream-cheering anxiety near-panic-attack. It was very packed there and lots was going on. It was at a sports game.
