Why did San Francisco declared a state of emergency for the Coronavirus but refuse to declare the same for the homelessness problem?

    A coronavirus state of emergency makes great headlines on CNN etc., a perfect coverup for their real pandemic, the homeless situation.

    The potential danger for one, outweighs the perceived danger from the other. Whether I disagree with how they have handled their homeless issue is irrelevant.

    Homeless people invariably vote Democrat, and even if they don't realize they voted. The Democrats want all of them they can get.
