Replaced battery for 2012 honda fit but the abs and break lights turned on, what to do? Or what does it signal?

Use OBD2 to clear the codes

If they come back you'll have to use a jumper in the wiring connection to clear it

Disconnect the battery for a couple minutes. Reconnect it without making lots of sparks and chatter between the connector and battery. See if the computer resets.

I'd find a scan tool that can read ABS codes and find out what code set. Then erase the code and see if it resets in the next couple of days.Either you have an intermittent failure of a wheel speed sensor or somehow caused electrical feedback in the ABS system.

Get a scanner and clear the codes.  You can go to a car parts store and let them clear if for you.  If the lights come back after driving, see a mechanic.
