You know who sleeps? Tired people. If you're having trouble sleeping, consider how much exercise you're getting. Also consider how late you allow yourself to sleep in the morning. Get up at 6 AM, you'll be more tired at bedtime than if you sleep until 9 AM.
Lifestyle choices are the root of most sleep problems. Eating bananas, almonds or turkey aren't going to solve those problems.
