Why you want to do that?

Yes! Just make sure you're aware of your surroundings and you're in a place where it's safe to wear one. If it's your first time wearing one out in public, you might want to bring a change of clothes in case you feel unsafe/uncomfortable at any point. Have fun!! :)

I know a local man who started wearing dresses a few years ago. He is disabled and has very swollen legs, so my guess is he can't get trousers to fit, or he just finds dresses more comfortable.

No, only women should wear dresses for special occasions while men have to wear a suit and tie. But if you’re going shopping, to the movies, out to a fast food restaurant, to the park or something like that, both genders can wear regular everyday shirts, with sweat pants or shorts (depending on the weather), sneakers/croc shoes/sandals, and a hat. (Wearing a hat is completely optional).

Why should a man wear a woman dress? Men should be the way they are.

If you do people will make fun of you
