my lights on my ceiling fan flashes like a strobe light when turned on, they do not flicker, they strobe. i have replaced the ?

Update:

light switch, bulbs and even bypassed the pull chain, any ideas?

    The bulbs "strobe" to the rotational contacts of the brushes in the ceiling fan motor. Replace the bulbs with incandescent bulbs and make sure that the bulb fixture below the fan is grounded through to the box above the fan.

    LED bulb flickering can be traced in almost every instance to a non-compatible dimmer switch in the lighting circuit. ... LED bulbs don't have glowing filaments. When the dimmer switch goes off and on many times per second, the LED bulb becomes a flickering strobe light.
