My 1 year lease there is a typo the property manager put from January 3 2020 to January 2 2020 when it is supposed to be 2021 is this valid?

    Yes.  Typos happen.  They should be fixed though.  Fix it to read 2021.  If he has the original, go to him so that his is fixed too, both reading 2021.

    you can claim mental incompetence voids the lease and moved into a supervised setting so you don't hurt yourself thinking.

    THIS WAS CLEARLY ANSWERED ALREADY...no an obvious typo does not affect the lease

    Yes your lease is valid. Glaring typos such as that one do not invalidate the lease.

    You both know that it's supposed to be 1/2/2021.
