Fans. Buy a fan for each room. Open windows. Some rooms have a ceiling fan plus a plug in fan.

I keep my house cool by opening all the windows at night after the outside temperature falls below the inside temperature.  I also use fans to blow the air through the house - fans blowing in on one end and out on the other.  Figure out which way wind is blowing by holding a tissue against the screens.  In the morning, before outside temperature rises above inside temperature, close all the windows and close blinds where sun is shining in.

You got a fan. Turn it on. Get a towel. Wet it then wring the towel to remove the water so it doesn’t drip. Cover the fan with it.
